The Gifts for Children Project

Kom Chad Luek newspaper held a “Gifts for Children” project on the occasion of the national Children’s Day celebration, presenting numerous gifts, such as books, toys, clothes, sports equipment and other useful educational materials from donors to children in remote country areas.

In 2006, Kom Chad Luek donated a variety of useful educational materials, under the same project, to the following 9 schools in rural areas:

• Ban Wangkomkai School, Chaiyapoom;
• Nong Lamang School, Nakorn Rajsima;
• Ban Krokluek School, Nakorn Rajsima;
• Ban Thungpho School, Sonkhla;
• Lampao School, Songkhla;
• Omkoy Pittaya School, Chiang Mai;
• Maetuen Pittayakom School, Chiang Mai;
• Ban Nonchik School, Ubon Rajthani;
• Wat Bangplee Klang School, Samut Prakarn.
