Nation Group returned to profit in the fourth quarter of 2025, with net profit of 4 million baht compared with a loss of 289 million baht a year earlier, and positive EBITDA of 47 million baht, reflecting more stable operating cash flow.
The improvement came from two years of restructuring and cost control, which cut costs by 12–15 million baht a month (more than 150 million baht a year). The company has applied AI across its back office and media production within journalistic ethics, invested in upskilling and reskilling staff, and repositioned itself from selling advertising space to offering marketing solutions.
