Nation Group signed a memorandum of understanding with the Romsai Rescue Foundation, combining media and rescue expertise to deliver accurate and timely information through Nation TV Channel 22 and its online platforms. It is Nation Group's first formal MOU with a rescue foundation.
Nation will train rescue teams, who often reach incident scenes before reporters, in news reporting skills, while the foundation will train journalists in entering disaster areas, first aid and CPR. Foundation chairman Wichan Meenchainan said the partnership will help spread reliable information in emergencies, such as danger warnings, detour routes and evacuation plans.
