The British Embassy in Bangkok held the closing celebration of 170 years of UK–Thailand relations, "Shared History, Shared Future", at Gaysorn Urban Resort. Guests included Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Industry Minister Varawut Silpa-archa, diplomats and business leaders, welcomed by Ambassador Mark Gooding.
Chai Bunnag, Chairman of the Executive Committee and CEO of Nation Group, and Orn-orn Akarasrenee, Managing Director of The Nation, attended and met the Prime Minister and cabinet members.
